Membership Types and Fees
MEMBERSHIP CLASSIFICATION: Member classifications for the current season have been established by the North Texas Region Board of Directors.
No records of individual members will be released to any individual, business or entity. CLICK HERE for USA Volleyball’s Record Retention Guidelines. The North Texas Region ONLY participates with USA Volleyball.
Once a membership has been purchased, even in error, it will NOT BE REFUNDED.

| Adult Player, Junior 17 and under Player, Junior 18's Player, Adult Coach of Juniors, Junior Aged Staff, Adult Official, Junior Aged Official | Full membership that allows individuals to participate in all USAV/RVA sanctioned events without restriction. Limited memberships below may upgrade in order to be eligible for national programming. Fee includes sports accident and liability insurance and USA Volleyball magazine. | $50.00 |
| Adult - SafeSport and Background Screen Required | Full membership that allows individuals to participate in non-playing roles (i.e. Junior Club Administrator, chaperone, volunteer, parent R2, parent scorekeeper, etc.). Fee includes sports accident and liability insurance and auditing of officials’ clinics. | $50.00 |
| Adult Parent - SafeSport and Background Screen Required | Limited membership that allows individuals to become Score certified and sit at a score table during regional events. Fee includes sports accident and liability insurance and auditing of officials’ clinics. | $30.00 |
| Junior 10 and under Player | Limited membership that allows junior members who are under 10 years of age and younger to participate in NTR sanctioned events. Participants cannot participate in national level events (qualifiers, JNC, National High Performance teams/camps, etc.) This membership type does not count toward JNC bid allocations. This membership type may be upgraded to a full membership. Fee includes sports accident and liability insurance. | $15.00 |
| Junior 8 and under Player | Limited FREE membership that allows junior members who are under 8 years of age and younger to participate in NTR sanctioned events. Participants cannot participate in national level events (qualifiers, JNC, National High Performance teams/camps, etc.) This membership type does not count toward JNC bid allocations. This membership type may be upgraded to a full membership. Fee includes sports accident and liability insurance. | $0.00 |
| Outdoor Junior 17 and Under Player, Outdoor 18's Player | Full season membership that allows individuals to participate in all USAV/RVA sanctioned outdoor programming. It does NOT include eligibility for participation in any indoor programming. This membership may be upgraded to a FULL membership. Fee includes sports accident and liability insurance. | $25.00 |
| Tryout - July & August | This membership allows only for participation in Region sanctioned club volleyball tryouts. It does not allow for participation in other region sanctioned events (practices, competitions, camps, clinics, etc) or in USAV bid tournaments or USAV junior nationals. | $15.00 |
