The North Texas Region provides information about camps and clinics being offered by non-affiliated programs and/or colleges. The listings below are events for 2018-2019.

2018 High Intensity Volleyball Camp

July 11th and 12th 1:00pm-7:30pm

The High Intensity Volleyball Camp will be held at Austin College and run by Ed Garza. Ed Garza is the Head Volleyball Coach at Austin College and American South West Conference Coach of the year in 1996, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2003 and 2004.

Camps are available for high school and junior high athletes looking to improve their level of play! Affordable and beneficial camps are convenient for parents and students, without having to drive across town!

Camp Includes:

  • Techniques focus on teaching winning offense and defense and improving individual skills.
  • An accelerated, highly-demanding learning process and mental toughness training is offered.
  • Plus a camp t-shirt.

To get most out of the camp, it is very important that all participants show up in peak physical condition! We want to spend time focusing on the skills of the game.

2018 College-Bound Coaches Network Exposure Camps/Clinics

2018 Event Dates: (July 13,14&15; July 16-19; July 22 & July 29)

College-Bound Coaches Network Events are now in their 10th year serving the Dallas/Ft Worth and surrounding areas by offering camps for ages 5-18 including: high school camp (16 hours), middle school camp (6 hrs), BYOP® – Bring Your Own Parent Player/Parent (4 hrs) 2 Scrimmage Nights (2 hrs), Minority Clinic (1 hr) and a BYOP® Instructor Certification Course (10-16 hrs) as well as GoKids Youth Sports™ Certification Course July 16-20. All programs are co-directed by collegiate coaches, performance training specialist as well as Founder, Ruth N. Nelson (2014 AVCA Hall Fame).

Each camp is limited and special promotional rates are available based on deadlines for each specific camp. Come prepared to develop your confidence in your skills; be exposed to jump training, and mental training. Most importantly, learn how to maintain your love and passion for the sport. These camps will prepare you for your next steps in your volleyball journey!
